About me
My path to psychotherapy wasn't a straight line. It grew from lived experience, a deep curiosity about what it means to be human, and a growing conviction that real change becomes possible when we feel genuinely met. I trained first in philosophy, which taught me to sit with questions rather than rush toward answers. That same quality of attention is at the heart of how I work as a therapist.
I have worked in a number of charities, and currently work at One in Four, which offers low-cost therapy to survivors of child sexual abuse. That work has taught me to stay steady with things that are hard to hear, and to let people tell them in their own time.
I work in English and in Polish, and you are welcome to move between them if that is how your experience lives in you. Some things are only sayable in a first language.
My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirmative and culturally inclusive. Questions of identity, gender, sexuality, race and culture are welcome in the room, and you should not have to educate your therapist before you can talk about your life.
